FIX ONLINE GAMING PING!!!

Telkom seem to be shaping online gaming. Other ISP's that use Telkom lines, and my friends that are with MWEB do not get shaped. I constantly have a ping of 620 and my friends get 187 - 220. I have phoned them, and I complained many a time before. My last call to them, the operator said that I must be using more than 16GB a day which is absolutely ridiculous, as I dont even download. ( I just game online and watch youtube videos). If this problem persists they will lose me as a customer and im sure there are others too. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM. My other friends in different cities (Port Elizabeth, Cape town) that are using telkom seem to have the same problem. Please we as a gaming community beg you to please fix this. PLEASE!!!
