As per advertise and not as per billed

My wife upgraded her cellphone contract with elite mobile
1. she did not want the insurance (battle to cancell it)

2. the package she was given was to have bis included
2.1 phoned elite mobile to be told the quoted price includes bis "why give a blackberry without bis "
2.2 we have to phone vodacom to inform them to stop charging us for bis they said that contract given to us has no bis included.
2.3 phoned elite mobile 10 times to sort it out as on each call they want us to contact vodacom but i say no we got the contract from elite mobile they must sort it out
2.4 we still being billed for bis
