Freaken Rude Sales Agent!!!

I got a call today (9 May) from Elite Mobile saying Vodacom is offering me a extra line and I get a Nokia cellphone with R99 airtime and when I said I don't want it the lady just put the phone down in my ear!!!
I as the customer have the right to say no I don't want it and to just put the phone down in someone's ear is rude!!! I phoned Elite Mobile back on the number provided by Vodacom to also lay a complaint! Really is this the way you get customers??? Force them to take something they don't want or need???!!!
