Strange Costs on MTN Invoice!

I have been with MTN with the same number for 16 years.
I notice a strange amount on my account for R135.96 (ex VAT) for "Content Charge".

When querying this with MTN I get given the runaround to a company called Mira Networks, whom they say is a 3rd party company to MTN and they say I have a subscription with them. I DO NOT.
They in turn only refer me to US based companies and supply a bunch of telephone numbers.

As a long standing Contract client of MTN for 16 years, I find it UNACCEPTABLE that MTN merely washes their hands of this, but it is MTN on whose Invoice this amount is reflected, and it is MTN who has Debited my banking account for this amount.

Where has the money gone? But yet MTN offers NO assistance in this regard and the pipe dream that a Supervisor will call me back does not happen. I only receive a reference number.
