Unauthorized Content Charge billing

I am a long standing Customer of MTN (1994 to date).
Today, I received my monthly bill from MTN and noticed that there is a "Content Charge" amount of R 116.66.
I contacted the MTN Customer Care Enquiries and was told that the charge was initiated by Mira Networks.
As far as I am concerned, I have never subscribed to anything / anyone and therefore definitely believe this charge is invalid / unacceptable
In the event that you cannot prove that I initiated this "subscription", I hereby demand that your Company refunds the full amount of R 116.66 to me immediately
