Afternoon. My cell account is with MTN . My account has been static for 16 years... ie what ever the amount on the contract is for, that is what I have paid. January 2013 I was lumped with a bill for CONTENT CHARGE OF R61, 00- extra. Feb R171.50-- extra charge. March R171.00 extra tr charge. April R171.00. NO one can give me a letter of concent or any documentation that I signed to benefit from this strange Content Charge. I have emailed, several times--- response is we will come back to you in 48 hours--- this was 3 weeks ago. I phone two weeks ago, waited for 20 minutes before the phone was answered. The lady on the phone said she would cancell the CONTENT CHARGE, no problem. I received an SMS to say we are sorry to loose you - but here is 500 points. However, how did I benefit, what was the reward for my sum of money I have paid since January 2013. Who gives this strange company MY account details to just whipp off my money as they feel necessary. NO documentation, no reply. However the money was taken off again this month. I called MTN again last night spoke a gentleman REF NO; 99334508--- he said no problem I have cancelled this CONTENT CHARGE. THis is.
