Cannot believe this level of service from vodacom!

Good Day

We have received 2 missed calls from an representative of vodacom and was left with no contact number what so ever. When we went back to another vodashop we were told that 1. At ANY time in 24 months the vodacom store that did the upgrade can and MUST on request of the client then do the reversal. So Jaco at vodashop Woodlands was supposed to do the reversal and redo the contract again with the smart LIGHT package in stead of the Smart XL package. The monthly price difference is nearly R500 and the Vodashop at woodlands boulevard still says they cannot do it we have to phone 082 111. Also the account was interlinked with the one from her father and the settlement amount paid BEFORE she took the contract onto her own number yet her account is now in arrears and that of her father is in credit with almost R1500. Why was both accounts not cleared as the amount was paid BEFORE the two accounts got separated and her number put on her name? We are totally disgusted with the level of service received from vodacom. She is unavailable during the day due to her type of work but you can phone me on 082 788 2922.
