Yet another Illegal Billing occurance

I noticed the additional amount on my monyhly statement from MTN shown as "Content Charge". When I queried it with MTN they informed me the amount (R546.46) was from two companies - MIRA NETWORKS and OPERA TELECOM (which is also listed with a string of similar complaints on Hello Peter. MTN called the two companies and demanded my cell number be removed from subscription. They sent confirming SMS's that I was now unsubscribed, BUT... what happens now to the money I paid illegally? There was no mention of refunding and I am sure I never authorized any deduction on my MTN account.
