I raised a complaint with Vodacom over an upgrade enquiry on 1st December 2013. I received no feedback until end December when someone called to say that they had noted that my complaint was still open. They were not personally able to assist but they would get the responsible person to contact me.

Now 8th January 2014 and still response. A call to the call center today and I am told that they spoke to me yesterday??? must have been my alter ego!

Maybe Vodacom should be looking after their loyal (onyx) members instead of trying to sign up hundreds and thousands of new members.

As each of my personal and business accounts become able to be cancelled I will do so.

I think the tail is wagging the dog at Vodacom!
