Eing over charged after arrangement was made

I recently changed jobs, I asked vodacom to move my debit order to the 1st of the month, the consultant then told me it would be done and I would get a sms confirming this I never received an sms so called again, was then told that it was too late to change the debit order date, I then advised the consultant I had requested this previously, and received no response, then I went to the vodacom store in promanade in mitchells plain and the service there was even more pathetic, it took me 8 minutes before the consultants finished their personal conversation to attend to me. and now I'm being billed an extra R100 for an arrange I made but that vodacom failed to implemint on my request. Truly pathetic and to think I still have 18 months with these...
