Refering to my previous report on my account being debited by Virgin well after the account was cancelled, I am now waiting almost 2 months for my money. Virgin seems happy to ignore my emails or further respond on HP. These guys are lucky they dont have a Facebook page I can rant on.
I will again state for the record: This is the reason I decided not to continue being a customer.
Virgin must pack its bags and leave the mobile telecoms business.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
