Exorbitant fee charged for a failed debit order!!!

I received an sms today to say that my debit order wasn't successful from Vodacom today and then proceeded to the branch in Bayside Table View to pay my account. Upon arrival I was told that my account balance was R100 more than it should be. When I asked the man who was helping me he couldn't tell me why and when I started asking questions a lady abruptly told me that I was being charged R100 for a failed debit order!!! How is this even possible Vodacom?!!! I already get charged from the bank and now I have to get charged by you as well. You could at least tell the customers about this fee, nowhere in the terms and conditions of the contract is there mention of this R100 fee. I am highly disappointed by this and its actually just ridiculous that you charge so much. I am very much considering moving to another network.
