MTN Over charging

I recently took out a contract with Mtn for iPhone 5 on anytime 100 meaning I get R100 airtime, 25 SMS's and 300MB Internet bundle. I took it out the 11 of this month and received my airtime and sms's on the 14th but no data?! I kept checking my phone if I received the data but nothing. I called Mtn customer care twice on that day to check what's happening and spoke to two different people and both of them tell me there is no such contract where I must get 300MB internet bundle and I must go to the retail where I bought it! Its states in the booklet that I'm suppose to receive the data plus the airtime and sms's and now they tell me there is no such package, then why am I paying R320 a month! I then went to the store and they logged a ticket and told me it would take 3 working days for them to get back to me and that I must call customer which I did right at the store and still customer care said, they must log a ticket to investigate. I mean the R100 went down to R31 in two days just using twitter! I checked my cellular data and it said in total I just used 19MB for twitter browsing and tweets, so I pay R70 for 19MB! Mtn is over charging me or their data rates are riduculous!
