Received a sms and mail from vodacom that I'm due for an upgrade. with my actual day of upgrading I went to the local vodacom shop. My average spent on my contract monthly is roughly R900 - R1200. I'm currently on a talk 240. Requested to upgrade to a red advantage package for R999 because I'm spending the money anyway. Not able to do that because I'm not paying by debit order and is under admin. But they have received their monthly payment every month. These guys dont look at customer loyalty, only at how much they can make of you. what happened to personal evaluation? Not to mention that I've been with them for 13 years now on the same contract.
