I visited MTN, after waiting a week and being pushed back and forth by MTN to have my phone assessed for replacement, which came at a great setback to me as it was my only phone used to conduct my business. I arrived at the branch and waited over 40 minutes to be assisted and when I finally was assisted by Yolanda, she was neither, polite nor helpful and clearly showed signs of irritation towards me. Despite me being nothing but polite. She ignored me when I asked if there were any other colour options of phone I could take and when I asked why she ignored she replied aggressively and irritated that she did not hear me. And when I asked her if I had all the paper work I needed, she replied very rudely and aggressively, that I am asking too much questions. I told her it is my right as a customer to ask questions. Then in an flurry of irritation she slammed my box to the consultant next to her and I asked her why she doing that she said that someone else can help me. I then had to wait a further 30 minutes as I watched Yolanda service other people. I am totally disgusted with the atrocious level of service I recieved from this woman and my relationship with MTN is tarnished.
