About a week ago I went to the accounts department with my sister to enquire about her student card. They told us to check a list which has not changed since the day it was put up, we checked the list and her name was not there. I asked the women in sight why my sister has not received her student card. She rudely replied and said "that means her student card is not yet here" I then asked her why they are not here since well it is November they had more then 5 months since we started attending lectures to deliver student cards to students. She again rudely replied and said "I cant help you". I was irritated and told her I will be back to collect it. Today I went to campus to check if the student card was there. I asked and she referred me to the same list, I told that has never changed since it got there, this girl interrupted me and was addressing me by calling me "nana" of which is very disrespectful. I told her to shut up because she is being rude and I'm already annoyed. after having to raise my voice to get some attention another woman came in, she then pushed me out of her way. I reacted very aggressively, then one of the managers arrived. she wasn't less arrogant. Rude
