Chicken Licken
30 minutes instead of 10 minutes

We were on our way to a show at the Aula Theatre and was asked by the entertainers to order meals for them and thought Chicken Licken would ideal be most convenient and asked the cashier how long it would take for the meals to which she replied replied not more than 10 mintues. 30 minutes later we were still waiting, the person that initially assisted me disappeared or hid at the back and was no where to be found, I raised my voice and vented my frustration which we finally got my order, the staff needs to be more competant and trained on time management
