BAD ATTITUDE FROM STAFF AT SERVICE STATION

I never thought that asking to use a toilet at a service station would be such a problem until today. My husband and i were on our way to catch a bus at Bayside so when were in need of a toilet stop we decided to go in to Sasol as it was on our way. When we asked one of the petrol attendants in a polite manner if we could use the toilet. We were rudely answered that we have to go into the store to ask to use the toilet in something like this: "YOU HAVE TO GO ASK IF YOU CAN USE THE TOILET INSIDE CZ WE DONT HAVE THE KEY HERE'. We then proceeded to go ask for a key in store. After standing at the till point waiting for assistance, and we were'nt even greeted or acknowledged in any way, my husband asked the cashier who was available to help if we could please use the toilet. She then rudely replied in an ever so loud tone that showed she couldn't care less: YOU MUST GO GET THE KEY OUTSIDE". My husband then replied that we were told to get a key in store. This woman shouted: WE DONT HAVE THE KEY HERE INSIDE'.We were extremely upset about that and then when we got outside to ask again for a key this petrol attendant said: "we dont give the key to people who walk around".
