Unauthorised 3rd Party deduction of R5/day

Despite my explicit written agreement with MTN not to allow any 3rd party deductions without my written consent, MTN twice within one year deducted R5 per day for an unknown to me supplier, without contacting me w.r.t. such deductions.
I only noticed the 2nd breach when my airtime was depleted unexpectedly after switching off my cellphone while overseas for 3 months. The first time I noticed this in a monthly statement.
Despite friendly help at the MTN Centurion branch to have this deduction stopped, MTN does nothing to refund me, refers me to 808 who cut off the call as soon as I explain my dilemma.

PS The deductions were made in favour of 'BuonGiorgio' 27 12 4068686 and 'Integrat' 27 84 1966960; whom MTN told me to contact directly. BuonGiorgio's phone goes dead or does not respond. Integrat does not answer my questions via email why they deducted money and w.r.t. a refund, although they confirmed cancellation of deductions by SMS and email.
