Deduction on the 31 december 2013

I bought a set of pots for 10 000 in 2012 and the agreement was that deduction of 833.00 will start on the last day of November 2012. As per agreement deductions started on the agreed date. The contract was for a year so the last deduction was supposed to be on the 30 of November 2013. To my suprise on the 31 of December Le Morgan deducted an amount of 750.00. I tried to call their 011 number and I did not get any response. I also sent an email to their care centre and I did not get any respose. All I need is a refund of 750, 00 to my capitec bank account as soon as possible. My email address is [Email Removed]
