No solution for 40 days since problem reported

I have made a personal enquiry on 3 data contracts I have with Vodacom the 27th of November 2013. Since the 27th of November I only received one sms telling me they are still busy with my request. How on earth can it take Vodacom 40 days and still they haven't solved a simple enquiry I made on my data contracts? 40 days when they told me it would take 7 to 14 days? They charge me thousands of rands of data I haven't even used. I opened a 10 gig data contract with them on the 21st of October. The end of October they send me a bill for R 4000 and I didn't even use 1 gig of the available 10 gig. Absolutely ridiculous!
