I'm dissapointed with the Ram Courier services that vodacom use to make deliveries as once again in 2 months they fail to deliver my order. All due should be given to the Direct sales team (Dudu) and Adnaan that assisted me last week. I know that the Nokia Lumia 1020 was out of stock, but true to their word the new stock arrived and they dispatched it to Ram for delivery. The Ram Courier team never properly communicated a time when they will come to deliver my package and took it upon themselves to return it to their offices. I've been tracking my package the whole time and their delivery guy could have at least phone me to give me a time.
