After incorrectly debiting my account for a migration fee which I was never supposed to be billed for Vodacom are still giving me the run around after almost a month. I have lost count of the number of times I have called the call centre wanting feedback only to be told they are still working on it. Twice I have asked to speak to a manager or team leader in an effort to escalate my query but both times I was told that they were all in a meeting and that someone would contact me within half an hour. Needless to say I am stll waiting. I am very frustrated and dissapointed with the service received. I have wasted so much time and effort trying to get this sorted out only for Vodacom to repeatly show me that my call and my loyalty to their brand is not important to them.
