Vodacom service is pathetic. 5 calls later, 4 visits to Carnaval mall vodacom and still this matter has not been sorted. People has made me promises, people has told us they will get back to us with no avail. See 313144827 and track all the calls. Now I am told by Thando I cannot escalate my matter. Is the seniors in Vodacom to important to deal with customer requests to have a complaint sorted? Both your call center and the service at the carnival mall is pathetic to say the least. I have to fork out extra money because you cannot deliver a service? 3 days have passed and still we cannot get a phone sorted and the one is sending me to the other and the other to the first. Come on people, do you not have any pride in your brand or the service you want to deliver to customers. Oh, and by the way, Nomthandaza Nmgoma is too important to speak to any customers. Vaneer Sing, a supposed supervisor also makes promises that is absolute lip service. In fact, he is an outright.

I will post a complaint every 5 days for as long as I can untill someone thinks I am important enough to actually do something about my complaint
