Thank you hellopeter I finally got some response from mtn. But unfortunately not satisfactory. The said someone at mtn checked numbers just said the invoice is correct. But does not respond at all to the points im bringing. That my data was not on so its not possible for me to use data. I also mentioned that my friend were I stayed is waiting for a bill to prove that I indeed used there wifi. My friend phoned his provider telenet in belgium. And confirmed that he could see i had used there internet. the telenet helpdesk agent said that if one uses data and they live oversees it would be expensive but never run in the thousands. On the invoice I got, it says I supposedly used around 130mb in 2 days this would work out to 42999.57. Mtn has told me they going to suspend my contract in two days. But they don't respond to me asking to query the belgium telephone line. That I believe a mistake has been made. I have emailed belgacom with no reply just yet. I believe no effort is made. I truelly believe a mistake has been made! I hope that this was someone will help me properly.
