Unbelievable billing shocking!!

I phoned and spoke to Autopage regarding my data bundle. I upgraded my data bundle to 2bg so I received a sms saying that my data bundle has been updated to 2gb. I then used 2gb worth of data and I got a sms saying that my data bill is R1800. I phoned Freddy from head office and he said to me that they didn't activate my data bundle. He was very friendly on the phone and said he can see they have made a mistake. I am very concerned because now I have received a huge bill and i'm not sure if my account is being credited or not. Please note I am not complaining about Freddy at head office in fact he was very helpful and brought a little peace of mind quoting, "they have made a mistake on my bill." Please can someone get back to me to notify me that my account has been credited and everything is in order. I am extremely concerned.
