Poor Admin prevents me to book in a broken phone

I booked in a phone which is on my profile with Auto-page about two months ago. I received the phone back within a few days. It was fine for a day or two. Then started with the same and more issues. It also started to give more problems. Initially only the scroll was defective. After being "Fixed" the scroll was defective again, it restarted after every application opened and text as well as applications rolls on the screen similar to a mouse with the follow action. I returned to the Store to book in the phone again. Assistant said it is impossible because the repair shop did not close the previous call. She said the people will only return on 2 Jan 2014. On 2 Jan 2014 I returned to the store. She was not in office -went shopping. A very rude Indian person reluctantly tried to do an on-line enquiry. Unsuccessful. I have to call back the next day. After 3 telephonic attempts to speak to Melia she (initially could not find the phone on my contract) told me that she would call them and call me as soon as call is closed. I also logged an official call at their call centre. I am still waiting for the go ahead call.
