Useless

Well here we go yet again. On the 4 Dec, my Telkom ADSL service went down. No matter how many calls I made and how much money I wasted speaking to mainly useless staff, I had no joy in getting my service reinstated until by a stroke of luck, the service returned suddenly on the 17th Dec with no explanation given as to why I'd lost my service. Come bill paying time, I paid a pro rata amount for pro rata service. Now, I've received a bill from this truly useless "service" provider that has the cheek to bill me for the time they provided me with zero service. All I can say is, Telkom, I simply can not wait for the day when your monopoly on internet in this country runs out and you get what you deserve you useless lot of pathetic governmental. You truly are a waste of oxygen, the whole lot of you.
