I contracted to Cell C for a Blackberry 9320, immediate problems, not picking up signal, phone exchanged 21 days later, 2nd phone started same problems within a week not picking up signal and freezing, took phone back and assistant took out the battery, restarted phone it worked ok for a few days then started loosing signal again, I took the phone back and the assistant said the phone has a weak signal I must take the battery out and restart the phone, it worked but I had to do this 5 to 6 times a day, friends on Cell C with the same phone had no signal or freezing problems, I went back again and was told it was a weak signal problem they cannot help me I must keep on taking out the battery and restarting and must monitor the phone, on the 30/3 I lost signal again and phone froze, I took the battery out but this time it didn't work. I phoned the call centre for advice and was told the phone has a software problem I must send it in for repair, I sent phone to the repair centre and it was returned with a report liquid damage phone uneconomical to repair. I had problems with the phone from the first week now they say tough luck sorry, I must still pay 18 months for a broken phone.
