I trust you are well. On 19 December 2012, I sent my phone in to Altech Autopage Kenilworth Centre with a faulty scroll botton. I've always
Taken special care of my Blackberry, so my phone was in good working order.

On Friday the 11th of January 2013, I got a call from Auto Page to collect my phone, close to month later. I asked whether the problem has been resolved, and I was told
My handset has been replaced. I then put the battery in and the phone was just not the same as I started using the phone the phone came up with all
Sorts of errors. I then just gave up and removed my battery, called Auto Page and was told to send it back. I sent it back last week and have heard nothing since.
I use my phone for business as well as personal use so I've been so inconvenienced like you won't believe. In the past I've always received terrible service from
Auto Page and really thought this time would be different. I have to call them to follow up all the time I'm so depressed I can just burst out crying.
