Pathetic service and poor feedback

I have a contract with Autopage since Nov 2011. In Aug 2012 I booked the phone (BB9300) in for repair since the scroll pad started mulfunctioning. I was given a replacement unit at that time.
In Dec that phone too started giving similar problems and I booked it in on 11/01/13. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. On 20/02 I followed up at the store and was told that the phone has not yet been returned. I asked if they could follow up and give me feedback.
I followed up again last Mon 25/02, after the 6 week period, and the store assistant put me through to customer services. I discovered that the phone was still not fixed. It was sent to the repair center on 05/02. I was told that I need to accept a quote of R510 before it can be fixed. I didn't accept it at the time as I don't have that funds just lying around and need to plan for it.
I think it's disgusting that I was not told of costs involved to have the phone fixed, that I was informed about it on my query and that it's taking so much longer (over 7 weeks to date) than the stipulated period, and yet I had to continue paying the contract for 2 months now without the phone. I have not heard anything else from them since.
