Blames me for defective phone

I have a contract with vitality mobile cell c. On the 31 Dec 2013, i handed in my samsung galaxy s4 for repairs at a cell c store. My phone was returned to me on the 14 January 2014. To my disgust, i found that my phone was still faulty. I contacted Mthusi form Vitality mobile who asked Viven from their repair centre to call me. The call to Viven was recorded at 16:05pm on that Wednesday. He told me arrogantly that it was my fault the phone was damaged because according to him there is nothing wrong with the phone. He even went on to add that I shouldnt have downloaded any applications immediately as that could have caused the fault. If i had known this, i wouldnt have bought a galaxy s4 in the 1st place. Mthusi went on to book my phone in for repairs again. At the end of the week, the couriers (RAM) still had not come to collect my phone and i became impatient. Mthusi reccomended i go to the samsung repair centre in Roodepoort if i cannot wait for the couriers. I did so on the 18 Jan 2014 and my phone was returned to me on the 21 Jan 2014. It is still damaged so i think that vitality mobile sent me defective stock in the first place in August 2013 when i took out my contract!!!
