Botched up migration and overcharged - no response

In Oct 2013, I did a migration on my number to a Smart pkg which included a data bundle effective 1 Nov. Consultant emailed doc to sign and I emailed back to [Email Removed] and then [Email Removed] Now in January I get bill shock since migration wasnt processed. Phoned call centre 3 times, they say will investigate with back office and dont get back to me... pathetic and incompetent service. I demand a refund for overcharge as the billing must be reprocessed from 1 Dec. Each consultant gives a different story.
