Holding for an hour and no answe

My husband has been holding for an hour for mtn call centre to answer the phone. We never thought that MTN would get such bad service, as they use to answer quick and have excellent services, but this is ridiculous. This hour call has not been the only call today, and none of the calls was answered. His account as been suspended as he did not know how much to pay, the invoice/statements goes to the wrong email address and with many requests the email has also never been changed. As it was festive season the person receiving the email could not forward the statement as usual as it is a business email address. All he wants to find out is how much to pay!!
