NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

I am an associate financial planner for Sanlam, therefore very dependent on my phone.
I called the data call centre & customer care numerous times today, have been promised call backs & feedback, but have received nothing; except for an agent named: Nathan Kannemerey
(who is standing in for his team leader at teleperformance) who was the only person who got back to me!
I called on the 16 July 2013 to purchase a once-off data bundle of 250MB.
I asked the agent if i would lose the data at month end of July 2013, as i had a pending migration on my line; from Smart light to Topup 200S: i then also asked when the data would expire!
The agent advised me; that he would find out from his team leader as he wasn't sure.
The agent then advised me that the data bundle would only be lost after the end of August 2013 if not used, and that i would not lose data during the migration. Therefore the 250 MB would run until 31 August 2013 and if not used it would expire then.
The migration was suppose to be effective tonight; the 31 July 2013 after 00:01, however the migration took effect this morning at about 9:00am, My SMS 100 bundle has also been lost. I am extremely dissatisfied.
