TELKOM RELUCTANT TO HELP

I've been experiencing DSL disconnects for almost 3 months. Telkom has been to my house countless times testing the line and router, and each time they are here, it passes. Still the problem exists and they refuse to inspect the physical wiring. They said that it is most likely the router I am using, so I got a new one. Still having the same problem. They disregard line tests done by my ISP, proving that the SNR value is as low as 0.5dB.
