My first Helopeter complaint was not even responded on by 8ta Telkom Mobile, my account still not reinstated since full payment on 6 January 2014. I spoke to many call centre agents, team leaders and Managers who use the broken record term: I will escalate by email, I asked them who will follow up as I spend hours on the phone a chargeable call, guess what Telkom don't care. 3rd February 2014 after I missed a call I received sms to go to nearest Store for assistance and for 3 days Telkom 8ta could not assist as the in store agents ask me the client what should they do, I called Call centre spoke to the manager, still no reinstatement of my account, waiting long queue for Telkom agent I notice 2 accounts in my name I applied for 1 only and SIRAJ (telkom direct) Kenilworth centre logged another case where I informed this guy, speak to the call centre to resolve and reinstate my line, I the client had to phone myself while, Siraj grabbed his bag and said I must go home, Telkom. Senior Management you should take note of these complaints, today 6 February 2014 I cannot get hold of Management, Telkom Management look into this account you will be shocked.
