ADSL Line not delivering the promised speed

For over a month now we have requested that telkom address the problem on our ADSL line. We have verify that Telkom as an Internet service provider is not delivering the connection speed they promised, by using [URL Removed] Dispite many phone calls to the call centre, sms complaints and the self help complaint site we have not seen results. `we were advise that we should upgrade to a 2 M line, which would increase our speed. `this is a joke because now we pay more and the line speed is worse than before.
After 3 days of waiting for the upgrade to take place on the 2M line our speed was :
