You have to call me and tell me the debit order was unsuccessful but dont care to help me with the August/September issue that I have with you for the period I was without any service? So you all you know is money coming in and not leaving, what cheek you have!
Now that I have your attention, I want someone to call me so that this issue I have is resolved.
I did warn you that I was going to instruct the bank to reverse your debit order, didnt I?
