Nearly 2 months without our MAIN business line

Utterly Disgusted: We have now been without a phone for nearly 2 months. After numerous calls, endless stories - the problem has still not been resolved. It is our MAIN business line and telkom just isn't bothered. They just give you reference numbers and tell you someone will get back to you. Nobody has been to our premises, and nobody has called back. I do not want to receive a new escalation reference as they mean nothing. However, I would like the problem to be resolved URGENTLY. This is absolutely disgusting...
