From the 20th of Aug we didnt have service (network issue) and on the first of Sep moved houses, only got reconnected on the 14th of Sep, I didnt have any service for the period and Telkom is insisting that I was credited when I didnt, any wise person would know that a credit passed should reflect it lesser amount paid but no, they are bullying me to believe they credited me even when they didnt, I will stop the debit order going thru this month, maybe that will get me some attention from you.
