Contract cancelled - continued billing (3months)

I cancelled my VOX contract on 18 October 2013 (support reference VSR-1763133 & VSR-1763263)

A lady from VOX / Atlantic named Angelique responded on 23 October 2013 and instructed the couriers to collect the Vox system in November 2013, however, we have already been invoiced for November 2013' rental, and requested that the system be collected Monday 2 December 2013, and that NO RENTAL should be invoiced after November and that the incorrect rental for December should be credited.

Vox should have collected the phone already. They were also not supposed to invoice us for December and we should have received a final invoice for November. Dispite numerous emails to various people (and having read receipts from everyone of them), I once again received a Invoice for January 2014. The system has been boxed and disconnected since end of December 2013 - ready for collection.

Please note that we will not release the phones to any courier company until such time that we have received a CREDIT NOTE for the rental invoiced for December 2013 and January 2014.

I have never struggled this much to get a contract cancelled...!
