Poor WiFi Signal & No Feedback

First call logged on 22.10.2013. Download speed of to about 17kb/sec. 72 hour turnaround time turned into weeks. I was assured the coverage was good. Technicians have been out to the house 3 times now and all agree the signal is extremely poor but I still have no solution or even feedback. The call center has been very pleasant and helpful as far as they can go but it would seem their hands are tied. In one month alone, I spent R167.02 on calls to the Call Center from a Telkom land line, trying to get to the bottom of the problem. I also spent a fortune upgrading my computer and buying a laptop, thinking this may be the problem - it wasn't. All 3 Technicians agree extremely poor signal at the house but I have no solution. The last one in early December said they would be monitoring the signal for the next 4 days - "don't phone the Call Center, we will get back to you". Weeks later, still nothing!! Latest call, they told me Networks Dept does not understand the terminology used by the Technicians -??? do they not talk to each other? In the mean time, I must still pay for a service not receive. What is going on? Feedback Please. Call Center, shops, complaints - Help??
