BAD SERVICE

My twin call on my phone is not working. On 19 December 2013 I went to Auto page Clear water mall according to the consultant the Sim card needed to be ricaed. Strange I could make and receice calls from the secondary Sim card. This was done. The twin call service was still not working. On 6 January 2014 i went back to auto page Clear water once again the Sim card needed to be ricaed. One hour later still no service. Back to the shop. Same Sim card need to be ricaed. From bad to worst. Now no more voice mail on primary number "number does not exist". secondary Sim card no service "sim registration failed". On 7 January 2014 I phoned the customer care. Sim card have signal but not working at all. Still no voice mail still no twin call service.
