Telkom is incompetent

Good Day

I am utterly disgusted and I simply do not know what to do about Telkom's ongoing bad service. I tried to call and email and make arrangements on the web, but nothing happens. When i call i cant get thought to someone or they put the phone down in my ear, without even saying a word.

I don't know how this company stays open with this atrocious level of service. Unfortunately its is the only company providing us with telephone lines. Maybe its time for another company to step up and do the same.
