We had an appointment with Telkom to install a new ADSL line to our house. The technician arrived at 3pm.
First off he had a bad attitude towards me, then after I showed him where the installation must go he disappeared and returned some time later. He then started to connect the new line, by 4:15 he told me there is a problem and that he cannot work on it because it is time to go home.
He left the new cable just lying in the yard, I told him to remove it because my dog will damage it, he then had rude comments and asked if he must now cut off the new line. I told him it simply cannot stay on the ground.
He then picked it up and chucked it on a closeby storage roof of my neighbor and drove off.
The reason we made the appointment for today was because it is the only day that there will be someone home the whole day.
