Telkom's complete lack of accountability

Our company ordered a new ADSL line last year which included an ADSL router. Telkom arrived to install the line WITHOUT the router. We were then told that one would be sent. It never arrived. After literally calling every day leading up to today (23/01/2014) we finally managed to book a technician to bring our router and look at our lines. We received an sms from the number 27114829926 stating that "we have scheduled your new line installation / modification for the 2014/01/23 - PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ALL-DAY APPOINTMENT". Once the technician arrived at 13.30 he proceeded to check the line (we knew was working) and leave the router without doing ANY ADDITIONAL required tasks. When we queried him regarding our "all-day appointment" he said, and i quote "TELKOM DO THIS TO GET PEOPLE OFF THEIR BACKS" and he was "too busy to look at anything else".
This complete lack of accountability and disrespect for our business has left us speechless. Needless to say i will forever go out of my way from discouraging anyone from using Telkom's "service".
We will endeavour to contact a senior person at Telkom and provide the CPA with all the info we have collected in oder to bring Telkom to book.
