Jabba Connect
Useless service

I called jabba connect in September to tell them that my phone was faulty they took my phone for 21days then brought it back still faulty I called them again but I never got any feedback till I stopped payment in November then they started calling me telling me they'll come collect the phone till today they haven't and they busy sending me messages that they sending the report to the credit beau and I still decline to pay for a unit that doesn't work! The service from the company has never been good they don't know anything about customer service
