Case & NO response for 3 Months

I went into a CELL C branch (EAST RAND) on the 8/3/2013 as I was due for an upgrade for one of my contracts but I was informed that the upgrade had already been done on 28/2/2013.
I was informed that the upgrade was done at the CELL C HIGHVELD BRANCH (MPUMALANGA), we then realised that this was a act. I went to advised to go to EAST RAND MALL BRANCH to sort it out as they cannot assist me but when i got there informed me that they too cannot assist me as the activity did not take place at this branch.
I then called the call centre and logged a case on (8/3/2013) and to date have followed up over 12 times with the call centre.
Each time I call the consultant refuse to let me speak to a team leader and at times i was even given incorrect names. Ref nos- 3031301751, 3031202923, 3032002903 - just to list some.

I am really disgusted with the services surely these employees and Cell C need to take accountability for their pathetic service. Till today i am still being billed for the phone even though i requested it be stopped.

Cell C needs to give me a response as i am now at my wits end.
