On monday, 21 January 2013, I bought building material from cashbuulding, northriding branch. I was told that the material would be delivered after 3 working days which means it would be delivered on the Thursday. the material was not delivered on the agreed day, on Friday afternoon I called the branch and I expressed the sense of urgency for the material to be delivered and the consultant said he would call back to resolve the issue. after an hour of waiting I called again and I was told that cashbuild had problems with their brick supplier. I don't understand why cashbuild failed to take the initiative to call me and let me know why they couldn't not deliver on time. the consultant promises that the material would b delivered the next morning, on Saturday. unfortunately the material was not delivered by 12:00 so I called and I was informed that the consultant I spoke to was on leave and cashbuild would not be held accountable for what he promised. I bought the material from cashbuild as a company and not from the consultant as an individual yet now im suffering because of 1 individuals absence. I asked to speak to the manager and I could hear the person on the background laugh
